FULL NAME kyrie ico riverend AGE eightteen GENDER female ORIENTATION bisexual SPECIES, CLASS werewolf; omega |
PERSONALITY Kyrie is a very... 'direct' individual and in more ways than one. She's has absolutely no regrets in any of her actions, though she does take the time to think upon them before actually acting on them. That still doesn't stop her from her immodest and rather flaunting ways. She loves to get into peoples' business whether its purely for her own amusement or something more innocent. Yet no matter how much she enjoys making people squirm with her antics, Kyrie is a pacifist. She's not aggressive nor does she have a truly outstanding temper, if anything her 'rage' would come more in the form of an tongue-lashing rather than a punch to the face. At times like that, her anger tends to stay around for a fairly long time unless bribed with some sort of fruit (fresh or dried) - then she'll be a happy pup. Her adoration for fruits goes as far as to much out all the toppings and leave the cake, not holding much for a sweet tooth other than that. Or people could just terrify her with ghost stories. She's deathly afraid of the occult, as amusing as that in itself sounds. Its almost humiliating at how much more afraid of the dark she is than deep water. There is a certain like for humans, hunters not included; but vampires hold that hereditary dislike that seems to have been bred into her. But then, its more interesting for her to mess with those guys specifically since most of them seem to feel the same way. APPEARANCE Kyrie is a smaller girl who tries to dress and hold at least some semblance that she's stronger than she actually is. She is not. Standing at a decent five-foot four, she's light enough almost be considered underweight. Her clothing tends to lean toward more revealing styles, some of which are known popular brands which she works rather well (with an effort). As a wolf, Kyrie matches the specific qualifications that always surround an Omega. Her form is lithe at best, more leg than muscle. The fur always somehow grows out as a bright red much like her own human-form's hair color, only marred by her underbelly of pale tan. Her aqua eyes stay the same no matter what form she takes. POWERS Empathy :: Like every other decent Omega werewolf in the world, Kyrie has strong Empathy. At least, when she's touching another its strong. In order to be fully effective at the full one-hundred of its ability, Kyrie needs to physically touch another being. Otherwise the messages may get mixed up and she'll end up with an angry, confused person rather than whatever emotion she was trying to plant. |
HISTORY Kyrie was born to what was more like a gang-turned-family than an actual pack or clan or whatever you want to call it. Her parents were lackeys to the big bad boss of a little town in the United Kingdom, almost a ghost town if it weren't for the few humans and many wolves who resided there. They lived mostly like vagabonds, taking refuge within the empty houses broken or not; only traveling away when there was a 'Moon Dance' planned. At her birth, the girl was more of surprise than a planned occasion. That was painfully obvious since it took the girl till she was five to finally get a name. They knew she was an Omega from the get-go, against her half-sister who had been born five years prior - the girl was nothing but skin and bones. At least, that was their excuse as to why they didn't give her something stronger sounding for a name. But seriously... who names their child Paper? Yes, that was Kyrie's original name - no last name included. She lived with that gang-pack till she was seven, separated by them when their Alpha passed away and brawl for the next Alpha was happening. The guy had two sons, both of which were violent and held superiority issues. Her mother was one of the smarter ones, running away with her temporarily only to abandon her 'Paper pup' on the steps of a church. Cliche` to the max. Didn't stop her mother from leaving her there with a barely legible note reading 'sorry for the seats'. That note was the prelude to the child's beginning days at that church. In reality it was just one day but that's all it took for that poor Pastor to have mauled benches... Not like he'd realize it in time, Kyrie already being taken away by Social Services. After that, the child stayed within Great Britain's system for three years - luck having a heavy part in not revealing herself. Of course it could have also been a certain 'lupine' individual who had infiltrated the system just for things like that... But Kyrie wouldn't realize that until she met her again at the age of fifteen. The five year gap was with a foster family in America, one ignorant of anything to do with vampires, werewolves, or hunters. Needless to say they called hysterical, wondering why their little girl had shape-shifted into some monster after watching a horror movie. Life had been nice though, receiving an expensive education. Her siblings were nice to boot... if only she hadn't watched that horror movie... But alas, the damage was done. As to how they got her out of there without the press or police or dogcatchers, or whomever her former family might have called in their panic - Kyrie was picked up by that familiar SS lady. She'd flown all the way there just to take her back than wait at the airport. Interestingly enough, Kyrie didn't have to wait long for a new adoption. Not like she'd get another one, already having a rumor running around her about being 'cursed'. Fortune smiled on her, something to counter that day one karma. She was adopted by the lady who once took care of her the for her first years in the system. Simple to say it was easy putting her trust in her, after all she knew her 'mother' was a werewolf after accidentally running into her while running away from bullies in puppy form. Three years she spent with her new mother. Three years she got to meet the pack residing in Great Britain. The hidden pack that was much more real than her earliest memories. Those were probably the best of her memories since her American family. She almost didn't accept the invitation from Cross Academy, her mother being the reason why she thought about leaving. 'Go on an adventure' she said, 'meet people and creatures you've never met before'. Never before had she learned there was anything more disturbing than a Mooncalled wolf before leaving her home. |
